Business Development Manager
- Build and manage relationships with Singapore’s largest and leading financial institutions
- Lead new initiatives to grow revenue through new activities, campaigns and proposals
- Assist with ad-hoc account management projects/analysis for management-level initiatives
- Coordinate internal team on campaign execution and support
Product Engineer
- You will collaborate closely with product teams, designers and engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team

Talent Acquisition Partner
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle including, but not limited to - sourcing, talent pooling, process design, assessment, offer management and salary trends
- Work closely with hiring managers and conduct job briefing to have a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position
- Identify sourcing strategies to find quality candidates in the most cost-efficient way
- Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, online job portals and employee referrals)
- Screen resumes and qualify candidates for interview.
- Responsible for candidate management and ensuring a positive experience to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
- Be proactive in understanding the job market and suggesting relevant strategies in order to attract talent
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
- Providing regular hiring status reports to stakeholders
- Drive recruitment best practices and initiatives across the business
Product Lead
- Overseeing all aspects of product development and user experience within the scope of your project working under the Comparison Head of Product
- Work cross functionally within a project squad to deliver against the overall roadmap and timelines while fostering collaboration and communication.
- Establish project roadmap and integration with overall roadmap
- Enforcing customer centricity in the product development cycle
- Executing the product vision and strategy
- Launching new products and enhancing existing products
- Integrating product across traditional and non-traditional distribution channels
- Defining and prioritizing key developments and other improvements

Senior Product Designer (UX Focused)
- Plan and conduct User Testing and Usability Testing to support the design of new and existing products from a user-centered design perspective across multiple markets in Asia.
- Work together with the design team to define and improve new and existing processes to support structured and efficient product design.
- Work with the regional design team with a user-centred approach, from ideation to user experience design to final interface design execution, and collaborate with our front- end developers during development.
- Contribute and to our design system managing consistency across brands and markets.
- Mentoring of junior team mates in our country teams to inspire, empower, and help them elevate their skills.
- Collaborate with all designers across all regions on user research, customer journeys, personas, wireframing, prototypes, and interaction design ideas in order to communicate our vision to stakeholders.
- Co-creation and ideation with C-level and other stakeholders on various initiatives, collaborate and contribute on strategies to support overall company growth.
- Work closely with developers and product leads to deliver features and products out target audiences love.
- Influential communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated success presenting design in a clear, confident and persuasive manner.
Backend Developer
- Contribute to the implementation of all core backend services and tech
- Hands-on programming and technical design skills with demonstrated willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly
- Design, build, and deliver complex web services and/or customer experiences efficiently and with quality
- Ability to clearly communicate technical details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including to leadership
Engineer
- Contribute to the implementation of all core services and tech
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience working in a product-driven environment
- You know how to build user-friendly, secure, data-rich applications
- You have a deep understanding of current and emerging web trends
- You care about agile software processes, test-driven development, reliability and optimisation
- You are experienced with modern coding, testing, debugging and automation techniques
- Experience with scripting languages (such as PHP, Python, Ruby etc.)
- Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and the latest web standards including HTML5 and CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (React/Redux/Angular) and tools (Webpack)
- You are not afraid of understanding and contributing to areas outside of the browser and it is a plus if you have experience in mobile application development
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and can communicate your ideas
- You have experience working with backend engineers and designers when building user interfaces
Frontend Developer
- Build high quality reusable code and libraries and user facing component library & features
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Frontend Lead
- Own the frontend architecture road map
- Build high quality reusable code and libraries and user facing component library & features
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate on all key architecture decisions across the broader stack
- Engage with business stakeholders to ensure relevance of an evolving technology road map
- Design, build, and deliver complex, successful customer experiences efficiently and with quality
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Contribute to the full stack analytics tooling design and implementation
- Develop frameworks to assist in the SEO, user analysis and CRO
- Communicate technical details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including to senior leadership
Head of DevOps
- Road-map and execute the roll out of platform capabilities
- Explore new technologies and enable their adoption / evolution of existing stack
- Planning, directing and overseeing long term and mid term goals for the team
- Communicate with all departments on targets and achievements, understanding the needs of the company and manage expectations
- Hands-on experience and never afraid to jump in on provisioning and issue resolution
- Collaborate with the development teams to improve existing processes, documentation and coordinate releases
- Contribute to the delivery of secure networks, infra, deployment practices to meet pragmatic & standards based infosec goals
Head of Product Engineering
- Collaborate on execution on the implementation of our customer facing websites
- Share responsibility for recruiting and managing product engineering staff as well as a pool of contractor resource
- Collaborate on all key architecture decisions
- Engage with CTO and company leadership to ensure relevance of an evolving technology road map
QA Automation Lead
- Own the automation tooling within the company
- Own the architectural road map for automation
- Accountable for the quality of the platform
- Foster a culture of accountability and due diligence within the engineering team
- Work collaboratively with developers, QAs and product owners in automating/updating regression tests for new and existing features
QA Automation (Mid)
- Own the automation tooling within the company

QA Engineer
- Provide quality assurance testing for software delivering content on the web - Enable product innovation through collaboration, evolution and experimentation

- Own the testing function within the team. Understand and implement best test practices, process and methodologies
- Create and execute systematic test plans and test scripts from functional specifications, manage test data and assemble test cases
