SingSaver offers all eligible reward recipients the option of collecting rewards within
a pre-defined one-month window, offering you ample options to arrange for rewards
collection.
If you are not available during the stipulated collection period, you may
authorise someone to collect the Reward on your behalf. Simply bring along a copy of the
authorised collector's NRIC and the Reward Redemption email to the Gift Redemption
Centre.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to collect nor authorise anyone for
collection during this time, do email us at
info@singsaver.com.sgto
arrange for a new collection period *before* the stipulated collection period is up.
Unless you have received email confirmation from SingSaver on this change in
collection timing, the original collection timing shall apply. In this regard, SingSaver
reserves the right to forfeit all rewards not collected within their stipulated
collection timings.
