Great for self-driving during ridiculous taxi surges.

If you've always wanted to try out BlueSG, now's the time to do so.

From now until the end of September, the electric car-sharing service company is offering a great deal for new sign-ups — pay only S$1 for three months' worth of its Basic Plan membership.

Only S$1 for three months

As a past BlueSG user, we can tell you that it's a great deal.

For only a dollar, you'll get 24/7 access to flat rental rates (bye bye crazy Grab surges!) and bluecars located at over 380+ stations islandwide.

Unlike other car-sharing options like Getgo and Tribecar which requires you to return the car where you first picked it up, BlueSG allows its users to drive from Point A and park at Point B.

Best of all, there is no commitment period so you can cancel after the three months are up.

How to sign up

  1. Sign up via this link or the BlueSG mobile app
  2. Select "Basic Membership"
  3. Create an account
  4. Enter your contact details
  5. Upload required documents
  6. Select card type and create PIN
  7. Enter promo code and accept T&Cs

To get the promo, key in BSG341.

Full instructions here.

Do note that this service is only available for individuals over 20 years of age and under 69 years of age with a minimum one year’s valid driver’s license.

Foreigners who apply will need to submit their foreign driving license and international driving permit.

Also, this promotion cannot be stacked or combined with other codes or discounts, including the first month free trial.

Promotion for returning members

BlueSG isn't forgetting their loyal customers — they're also running a deal for returning members, where existing users can get two months' worth of the Basic Plan membership for S$1 only.

Simply select "Basic Membership" and key in the promo code BSG241.

This deal is valid until 30 September 2022.
