You must have made the application for Eligible Products of Credit Card, or purchased a Eligible Car Insurance, Domestic Helper Insurance, Home Insurance, or Travel Insurance policy between 18:00 hours on 25th October 2023 and 31st May 2024. Applications or purchases made before or after these days will not be accepted.

For insurance, the Quote/Price Difference is calculated based on only the difference between the Better Offer/Quote of the like-for-like policy premiums and the premiums of the Eligible Product in clause 5.

No, you are not eligible for the Best Deal Guarantee

For Credit Card products:
- The offer needs to be from the same provider
- The offer is for the exact same product
- The Offer/Price Difference is calculated based on
  - the cash offer available from the Third Party Offer Provider is higher than that offered by SingSaver, or
  - the face value of the gift card, coupon or voucher is higher than the corresponding gift offered by SingSaver, or
  - the official retail value of the highest-priced physical gift is higher than that of the highest value of the physical gift offered by SingSaver
- The offer must be a guaranteed reward that can be received by the user upon completing an application or purchase of an Eligible Product, and not a reward that is given out by chance or by skill (e.g via competition, lucky draw or other non-guaranteed methods)
For Car Insurance, Domestic Helper Insurance, Home Insurance, or Travel Insurance policy:
- The quote must be from the same provider
- The quote has the same detail inputs - such as car, model, no claims period, driver details and policy start date, address, travel period, travel destination
- The product features are the exact same - such as type of cover, and value of cover
- Does not include value of any rewards or additional gifts attached to the purchase of the policy
- The Quote/Price Difference is calculated based on only the difference between the premiums of the Better Offer/Quote of the like-for-like policy and the policy offered by SingSaver

To be eligible, you must apply for Credit Card product or purchase Car Insurance, Domestic Helper Insurance, Home Insurance, or Travel Insurance policy and then find a better offer like-for-like offer or quote from the same provider on the same day

You must submit a claim via this claim form to be eligible to receive the claim reward. You also must comply with these Terms and Conditions

If you cancel your application or policy, you will not be eligible for the claim reward.

We require a valid link that is active for a minimum of 24 hours of your like-for-like offer/quote to validate your claim, and to ensure you are eligible for the rewards. IF you are unable to provide this screen shot, we will accept an email version of the competing offer / quote. Please ensure the email includes the detailed requirements of the product features.

You will need to provide proof of your submitted application email on SingSaver and the like-for-like comparison offer/quote
Your like-for-like offer quote need to have been generated within twenty-four (24) hours from your application/purchase via SingSaver.com.sg, and available online with a valid working link (URL), for a minimum of 24 hours from the time and date of the claim submission if the like-for-like comparison offer/quote has not previously been submitted to SingSaver under the same Product Conditions
You need to submit the claim form within 3 days of application/purchase

Where the Promotion Reward is voucher(s) for a third-party merchant, Eligible Customers acknowledge and agree that they will receive an email from SingSaver’s promotion partner with instructions on how to redeem the selected Promotion Reward.

If you have submitted all the information requested and have not receive your claim reward within 10 days of submitting your claim form, please email bestdeals@singsaver.com.sg

We will validate your claim within 10 working days of receiving your claim form. If your claim is deemed valid, we will be in touch to confirm your details and upon receipt, we will process the claim reward within 16 weeks.

Once the eligibility criteria has been verified, you will receive the claim reward for based on the offer/price difference for your selected application reward/policy and the like-for-like offer/quote based on the table
