How foodpanda is keeping customers and riders safe
In order to minimise contact during delivery to ensure the health and safety of the riders and yourself, foodpanda has introduced contactless delivery.
Simply opt for contactless delivery at the checkout step and let your rider know exactly where to leave your order when it arrives. If you are making a cash payment, riders have been instructed to maintain a three-metre distance when you collect your order and make the payment.
