It is suitable for non-frequent travellers going on a one‑off leisure trip and prefer coverage for a single journey.
Key benefits include overseas medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation or curtailment, travel delay, baggage loss or damage, personal liability and 24‑hour emergency assistance.
The plan does not cover pre‑existing medical conditions, travelling against the advice of government travel advisories, illegal activities, school-organized field trips/study tours, missionary trips, sports competitions and high‑risk adventurous activities. Asia Pacific cover applies to trips within Asia and nearby destinations such as Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand (excluding sanction countries). Worldwide cover applies to all global destinations (excluding sanction countries). You may refer to the Policy Wording to check which region your destination country falls under.
Coverage for COVID‑19 related events is subject to the policy terms and any applicable extensions at the time of purchase. Please refer to the policy wording for details.
Claims can be submitted online via QBE’s eClaims portal. Supporting documents such as receipts, medical reports or airline notices may be required.

This refers to altitude (metres above sea level). Coverage for incidents from high-altitude activities may be limited or excluded if you go above 3,000m (e.g., hiking or trekking). If you are going hiking or trekking, do ensure that the elevation on your itinerary falls within the allowable limits.
