Your insurer may also elect to deny coverage for your entire trip. Hence, it’s best to purchase your travel policy as early as possible, or once you’ve confirmed your trip.

For annual plans, do inform DirectAsia at least 7 days before your trip. The refunded premium will be pro-rated subject to a S$10 cancellation fee. For single-trip plans, you can cancel the policy anytime before it is slated to commence. You will also incur a S$10 cancellation fee.
