Fitness First should need no introduction. With its extensive network of 18 branches across Singapore, you’re bound to have seen one somewhere. Its fitness offerings are just as comprehensive. In terms of facilities, its gyms boast swimming pools, steam rooms, aerial yoga, boxing areas and more. Besides using top-of-the-line equipment, you can choose to take part in diverse classes which include HIIT, yoga, boxing and indoor cycling. 

Local residents and expatriates living in Singapore aged 14 years and above can sign up for a one-time free trial pass. A Fitness First Consultant will accompany you during the session.  

Should you subsequently wish to sign up for membership, plans start from S$125 a month. The main offerings are the My Fit and Unlimited Access plans: the former allows you to customise your plan while the latter gives you full access to all gyms and classes.
