After you complete your Singpass-powered Self-Declaration Form, your SingSaver reward will be processed and sent within 14 business days. If we miss this deadline, you’ll receive double the reward, limited to the first 50 late cases.
Once you submit the Self-Declaration Form using Singpass, the 14-business-day countdown begins. If your gift isn’t fulfilled within this period, you’ll automatically qualify for double the reward (capped at the first 50 late cases).
