That’s right - the rates that you see here cannot be found on the Standard Chartered’s site. You will only be eligible for these guaranteed low rates when you make an application via SingSaver. By guaranteed, we mean that you can get this rate as long as you hit usual income requirement of S$30,000 and qualify for the loan. Unlike other banks such as HSBC and OCBC, Standard Chartered do not only offer their low rates to high income earners or new customers. Below is the comparison chart of the lowest interest rate in the market. Here is the full summary of the interest rates for all tenures.
Get up to 4x of your monthly income if your annual income is S$30,000 and above. What also makes Standard Chartered CashOne Personal Loan stand out is that, the individual can loan up to S$250,000 while most of the other banks have a cap of S$200,000.
This is a very important feature for consideration if you need your cash urgently. Once you have completed your application online (inclusive of document uploads), Standard Chartered bank will process your application by 2pm and disburse the approved loan amount by the next working day i.e. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Otherwise, the loan amount will be disbursed to you the following working day.
Get more for your bucks with the credit card as you earn 1 rewards point for every S$1 spend. As an illustration, with 5,000 points, you can redeem $20 shopping vouchers at Tangs/Al-Futtaim Retail Asia and etc. These points can be accumulated and only expires after 3 years. What’s more, the annual fee is waived for 5 years i.e. throughout your loan tenure, so you do not have to fret over paying additional fees.
