Credit Card Sign-up Bonuses
New cardholders may receive attractive sign-up bonuses through SingSaver, such as product rewards, bonus cash, or attractive rewards, after meeting specific spending requirements within a designated period. These bonuses also make signing up for new credit cards more appealing to new cardholders.

Welcome Gifts Promotion

Certain rewards and miles credit cards allow you to earn bonus rewards points or air miles when you spend in specific spending categories or within a promotional period. Often, these bonus rewards points and air miles have a cap to the number of bonus points you’ll be able to earn.

Concerts and Events Promotions
Some credit cards offer discounts or early-bird access to exclusive events, concerts, or performances as part of their partnerships with event promoters.

Annual Fee Waivers
Card issuers may waive the annual fee for the first one or two years, depending on the credit card. There are also some credit cards that do not have annual fees for life.

0% Interest Instalment Plans
Certain credit cards may allow cardholders to convert large purchases into 0% interest instalment plans for a specific period, typically between 12 to 36 months.

Step 1: Apply for your credit card through SingSaver
Select your preferred credit card on this page or any other page on SingSaver. Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button to receive our Rewards Form.

Step 2: Fill up the Rewards Form
Enter your email address in our Rewards Form. You will be redirected to a unique link on a separate tab to apply for your credit card. Please note that you must apply for the credit card via the unique link to be eligible for your reward.

Step 3: Complete your credit card application
Follow the instructions on the credit card application page. Do note that you will be required to provide the necessary documents to the credit card provider, including identification (e.g., NRIC/passport), income proof (e.g., payslips, tax documents), and job details.

Once your credit card application is complete, you will be provided with an Application Reference Number (ARN). Please note this down as the ARN is necessary to redeem your reward.

Step 4: Return to the Rewards Form
After completing your Credit Card Application, return to the SingSaver Rewards Form and click on the ‘Claim Here’ button. If you have accidentally closed the Rewards Form, you can find a link to it in your email. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you are unable to find it in your inbox.

After clicking the ‘Claim Here’ button, you will be directed to our Rewards Redemption Form to select your preferred reward. Please enter your name, mobile number and ARN, and click on the ‘Confirm’ button to submit your Rewards Redemption Form.

To qualify for your preferred reward, the Rewards Redemption Form must be completed within 14 days of the product application, as stated in our T&Cs. You must also fulfil the relevant promotion criteria to be eligible for your preferred reward.

Step 5: Collection of Reward
If you qualify for the reward, you will receive an email containing the redemption information. The collection period will expire one month after the start date. If you missed the collection period, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@singsaver.com.sg.

Please note that you will only be notified about your gift via email within 90 - 120 days from the date of your Rewards Redemption Form submission or after you have met the promotion eligibility criteria, whichever is later, per the Promotion T&C.

Note: To ensure you receive all communications from us, make sure you check your spam, promotions, or junk folders, or add our email address (no-reply@singsaver.com.sg and info@singsaver.com.sg) to your "Safe Sender" list or move us to your Primary folder.

 - Complete and submit the product application through SingSaver's website. Ensure that your last click before reaching the product application form was through a SingSaver channel (on the website or via an advertisement).

 - Submit the Rewards Redemption Form within 14 days of your credit card application.

 - Fulfill all other promotional requirements stated in each promotion's terms and conditions. Additional criteria include activating the approved credit card within 1 month from the approval date and making the first spend on the credit card within the same timeframe.

 - Meet any other qualifying criteria set for the specific promotional period. For example, spending a minimum sum within the qualifying period.

 - After meeting these conditions, SingSaver will send you an email notifying you of your eligibility for rewards. Remember to check your spam or junk folders to ensure you don't miss any communication from SingSaver.

If you have not received the Rewards Redemption email, please review the following:

 - Ensure that you have applied for the promotion following the specified terms and conditions.

 - Verify that you applied through SingSaver, and that your last click before reaching the product application form was through a SingSaver channel, either on the website or via an advertisement.

 - Complete the application criteria within the designated qualifying period, which typically includes applying during the promotion period and submitting the Rewards Redemption Form within 14 days of card application.

 - Confirm that there have been no card cancellations before collecting the gift.

 - Activate your credit card and/or fulfil the minimum spending requirements within the qualifying period after approval based on the promotion's T&Cs.

 - Double-check that the ARN is correctly entered.

 - Also, please check your spam, promotions, or junk folders, as our email might have been misclassified.
