Claim & Verification
- After you complete the application and submit the SingSaver reward redemption form, we will email you the Self-Declaration Form in 7 days.
- Fill the self‑declaration form after your application is approved and you’ve met the S$800 minimum spend criteria and meet the New to Card requirements.
- After the completion of the self-declaration form, your 14‑day clock starts and we’ll send your gift within 14 calendar days.

How does the 14-day guarantee work?
Once you submit the Singpass powered self-declaration form, we’ll send your SingSaver gift within 14 calendar days.
If we miss that deadline, you’ll receive double the reward instead, limited to the first 200 late cases.

When does the 14-day clock start?
The Self-Declaration Form will be sent to you 7 days after you’ve complete the SingSaver Reward Redemption Form. Once you complete the Self-Declaration Form, your 14 day clock starts.
What if I don’t complete the Self-Declaration?
You won’t be able to claim your reward until the self-declaration is submitted and approved.
The 14-day guarantee only applies once this step is complete.
How do I qualify for a double reward?
If we fail to deliver your gift within 14 days after the submission of the self-declaration form, you’ll receive double the reward instead of your original reward.
This is capped at the first 200 late fulfillments and applies only to eligible, verified claims.
Which cards are eligible?
Only the participating Standard Chartered credit cards listed on this page qualify.
You must be a new-to-card customer (no SC credit card approved in the past 12 months).
Are there any exclusions I should know?
Yes. Your spend must be in eligible retail transactions (see T&Cs for full list).
Cash advances, fees, charges, and refunded transactions do not count towards the spend requirement.
