6 Ala Carte Buffet Restaurants in Singapore 2024

Mitsuba

Thick cuts of fresh sashimi, sizzling sticks of yakimono, comforting seafood miso soup and jiggly chawanmushi topped with ikura are just some of the dishes you will find on Mitsuba’s extensive a la carte Japanese buffet menu.

Conveniently located at Clarke Quay Central and reasonably priced from S$56.90, reservations for a meal here are strongly recommended. Meanwhile, kids' pricing starts from S$27.90 (below 1.4m tall) or for free (in baby chair). 

Three buffet menus are available — regular and premium. The non-buffet ala-carte menu option is available as well.

Guests residing at the same table must order from the same menu type. No takeaways or 'da baos' are allowed, with S$10 per 100 grams charged for food wastage. (So light eaters, beware!)

Shin Minori

You can find Shin Minori at UE Square and Katong Square, one of Singapore's oldest Japanese a la carte buffets (they just turned 16!).

Their buffet menu features over 160 dishes that include sashimi, sushi of all types, teppanyaki, yakimono, tempura, ramen and more. With so many food options, this is definitely the place to go if you’ve picky eaters in your group or can’t quite decide where to bring the family.

Armoury Steak House

Located slightly off the main Raffles City and Suntec City shopping stretch is where you will find The Armoury Craft Beer Bar. If you decide to dine here, come ready to eat because their buffet menu is extensive.

For S$33++ or S$55++ (with free-flow beer), you’ll get 90 minutes to gorge on unlimited servings of striploin and ribeye steak cuts, bbq pork ribs, baked dory, chicken thigh, mantou, nacho chips, chicken drumlets, chicken satay and a whole lot more. 

If you're craving the ultimate grade of meat slabs, you can top up S$50 for the AUS Wagyu Ribeye cut or S$65 for the USDA Prime Ribeye cut.

While steak buffet lunch is available daily, steak buffet lunch & dinner is only available on Tuesdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Carnivore Brazilian Churrascaria

Get ready to eat your weight in grilled meat at Carnivore Brazilian Churrascaria, which offers 15 different types of grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken and fish.

The ala-carte buffet here works a little differently from the rest on this list as there is no menu to order from. Instead, waiters come around to your table with large skewers of flame-grilled meats and slice them directly on your plate.

To cleanse your palate after all that meat, the buffet includes a selection of hot and cold salads, rice, beef goulash, bread and fresh fruits.

You can also check out their happy hour menu for house pour spirits (S$10++ per shot), wines (S$8++ per glass), cocktails (from S$12 per glass), and other refreshingly intoxicating concoctions.

They even have a one-for-one beer promo starting at S$13++. from Monday to Thursdays between 5pm and 8pm, so remember to jio your colleagues!

Put on your stretchy pants and treat yourself to Don Dae Bak’s ala-carte buffet that offers unlimited servings of beef, chicken and pork, fresh vegetables, Korean appetisers and fluffy steamed egg.

Some of their signature dishes include boneless prime rib, beef brisket, marinated and herb wine pork belly, kimchi pancake, hot-stone bibimbap, ginseng chicken soup and many more.

Dishes here are all freshly prepared (or inspected) by the ahjumma (a respectful Korean word for a married, or a middle-aged woman) herself, so rest assured that your Korean food needs will be well taken care of.
