Can I purchase Singtel travel insurance if I am already overseas?
No. Singtel TravelProtect must be purchased before you leave Singapore. Coverage begins at the start of your trip, so it’s important to buy your policy ahead of departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your policy before the coverage start date by notifying Singtel. A refund will be processed, subject to a S$25 administrative fee. No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made on or after your departure date.
What is the refund policy?
If you cancel before your trip begins and no claims have been made, you will be eligible for a refund after the deduction of a S$25 administrative fee. After your trip has started, premiums are non-refundable.
Can I extend my Singtel TravelProtect policy while I am already overseas?
Your policy will be automatically extended if you are hospitalised or quarantined overseas under the recommendation of a medical practitioner.
Which countries are excluded from Singtel TravelProtect coverage?
