1. 於以上推廣期內，申請指定證券戶口及完成指定條件，一經核實後即成為合資格獎賞換領者。申請過程亦必須登記成為MoneyHero會員及同意相關私隱攻策

2. 在收到 MoneyHero 獎賞換領表格後 7 天內完整填寫並提交 MoneyHero 獎賞換領表格； 獎賞換領將透過電郵發送至閣下登記電郵

例如你申請左長橋證券戶口，收到獎賞換領表格後可以先填好表格，再係3:14提交表格。如果你係揀左入金HK$60,000留存60日，只要符合要求就可以得到雙倍獨家獎賞，即係$3000x2=$6000禮券！

客戶成功向金融機構交證券戶口申請之後，相關金融機構將會提供申請參考編號或戶口號碼，以供客戶日後查詢申請進度或賬戶詳情。

申請參考編號, 戶口號碼一般會在遞交申請後的頁面或申請確認電郵中展示。
