I applied for a credit card two months ago and I’ve received my credit card. But I’m still waiting for my reward. What should I do?

It usually takes an average of 2 calendar months from the date of approval by the bank or completion of the SingSaver Rewards Redemption Form (sent to you via the registered email address), whichever is later, before you receive an email with details of the Rewards Redemption.

How do I know if I’m eligible for the reward?

First, the online application has to be completed through SingSaver. Following the online application, complete the SingSaver Rewards Redemption Form sent to you via your registered email address.

When the application is approved by the bank and the bank confirms the applicant’s eligibility to receive the Reward, SingSaver will email the applicant with details on how to collect the Reward.
