Korean fried chicken is a type of fried chicken that is popular in South Korea. The dish typically consists of chicken pieces double-fried and coated in a sweet and spicy sauce.

1. Bonchon

The fried chicken from Bonchon is well known worldwide. To guarantee that each piece has its trademark shatter-crisp skin, founder Jinduk Seo developed a unique double frying process which he perfected to achieve a beautiful golden brown exterior with an extra crunchy texture on top. 

Customers can choose from whole chicken parts, boneless or wings.

2. Jinjja Chicken
